URWERK pushes the boundaries of design with its newest timepiece. Featuring a new titanium and steel fuselage, the UR-112 Aggregat Odyssey arrives.
Gleaming like Padme Amidala’s J-type 327; equipped with two large round eye-like windows like Archie; the ‘owl ship’ from Watchmen. Streamlined like a Klingon Bird of Prey. Grooved like the hull of the Battlestar Galactica.
The new UR-112 Aggregat Odyssey features a unique titanium 42mm wide x 51mm long x 16mm square case design with a flip-up cover that protects the precious internals of the timepiece. While the inner workings of the new URWERK are hidden with a titanium shield, the dial presents itself on the corner groove of its construction for an easy view of its rotating system. All incorporating advanced finishes alternating between matt and glossy, sandblasted and polished.
Timekeeping on the Aggregat Odyssey is fully digital, down to the second, and displayed in 2 “cockpits” on the front, rather than on top of the watch. Flip open the top lid to access 2 more Aggregat Odyssey windows, showing the seconds ticker and a power reserve indicator.
Driving power to the UR-112 Aggregat Odyssée is URWERK’s in-house UR-13.01 automatic movement, a large barrel providing 48 hours of power reserve, coupled with an automatic-winding rotor. Pressing the two pushers on the sides of the watch opens the cover to reveal the power-reserve indicator and the spectacular small seconds. The latter is composed of a skeletonized silicon disk attached to a red anodized aluminum bridge, a typical URWERK design feature.
The all-new URWERK UR-112 Aggregat Odyssée is limited to a specific number of units and is now available through an authorized dealer for CHF250,000 (estimated $272,600). Discover Opulent Club on Apple News.
