Rossinavi and Pininfarina Unveil Super Sport 65 Concept

Italian shipyard Rossinavi has teamed up with leading global design firm Pininfarina to create one of the largest and beautiful boat concepts we’ve seen this year at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2019. The  Super Sport 65 concept.

The new Super Sport 65 combines an aggressive, yet elegant esthetic, inspired by Pininfarina’s world-famous Gran Turismoof high-performance Italian sports car. Made almost entirely of aluminum and houses six cabins cabins capable of accommodating 12 passengers, plus seven more cabins for the captain and crew. While still offering large spaces for outdoor entertainment featuring several lounge areas. These are all bespoke and arranged over various decks but also including two Jacuzzis, one at each edge of the boat.

Below deck is a starcase inspired by the air intakes of road vehicles, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows, a hot tub and guests can recline in one of the several lounge areas with custom bespoke sofas.

“The elegant and spacious design of the common areas including the main saloon and a larger owner’s cabin at bow all the way to the salon of the upper deck are the result of this new design direction which culminates in the flying bridge with Pininfarina’s signature super car design.”

As you would expect given its name and looks Super Sport 65 has got plenty of power, too.  Power comes courtesy of four 12-cylinder engines made by Rolls-Royce’s MTU Friedrichshafen, each of which produces just 1,500 horsepower. The Super Sports 65 cruises at 32 mph and maxes out just over 35 mph.  Discover Opulent Club on Apple News.
