Baglietto has announced that hull #10228, a 48-metre yacht in steel and aluminium, will be launched in July, ahead of schedule. This 48m sister ship of motor yacht Andiamo includes many upgraded spaces. Francesco Paszkowski Design, drawing inspiration from the traditional, stylish features of Baglietto’s other ships, designed the sleek exteriors. The Baglietto Interior Design, combining modernity and luxury, planned the layout of the interiors.
The vessel boasts over 350sqm of living area with extensive deck space including a 140 square metre sundeck. With tenders and toys placed on the foredeck there is more room dedicated to the 47 square metre beach club. The upper deck includes a second al fresco dining area as well.
The contemporary and elegant interiors include four guest cabins on the lower deck, in addition to the master suite on the main deck. The clear colors of the Italian national walnut, perfectly combined with touches of gold and bronze, create a sophisticated and warm atmosphere, lightened by the Canaletto nut pattern used for the floors in the living areas. Floor to ceiling windows provide excellent natural light and views on the main deck and the skylounge.
The 48m #10228 is powered by 2 Caterpillar engines 3512 C DITA-SCAC, which allow the ship to reach a comfortable top speed of 16kn and cruising speed of 12kn. The yacht is in the highest class of the Lloyds Register of Shipping.
The new Baglietto 48m is available for sale, and will premiere worldwide at the next Cannes Yachting Festival and Monaco Boat Show in September 2018.
