Toronto’s newest luxury hotel is open for business, St Regis Hotels and Resorts the landmark hotel at 325 Bay Street in the heart of downtown Toronto is set to elevate Toronto’s luxury hospitality landscape with its world-renowned bespoke service, signature rituals and exquisite culinary offerings.
The hotel features 258 guest rooms, including 124 luxury suites the greatest number of suites of any luxury hotel in Canada. Decor by DesignAgency and Chapi Chapo Design is modern, clean and elegant. The property rises 65-stories and features 12,000 square foot of event space and along with spacious meeting rooms and ballrooms. The grand opening also brings with it a brand new restaurant called Louix Louis, which towers above the city on the hotel’s 31st floor and Astor Lounge, a lobby-level café lounge. Led by Executive Chef Guillaume Robin, LOUIX LOUIS will serve contemporary American cuisine with French technique. The hotel also has a fancy breakfast restaurant and 24-hour room service.
Located on the 31st and 32nd floors is the Spa includes an infinity-edge saltwater lap pool with beautiful panoramic views of the Toronto skyline and state-of-the-art fitness center on the 32nd floor featuring a movement studio for yoga and pilates. The St. Regis is the newest addition to a city that boasts a strong hotelier heritage.
