Neiman Marcus in Dallas and Balmain opened pop-up store displaying the luxury brand’s collaboration with Barbie. A 2,000-square-foot installation on the ground floor of the NorthPark Center store is to showcase the Balmain x Barbie ready-to-wear collection alongside some playful elements, including a cotton-candy stand and a life-sized doll box.
Neiman Marcus’ hot new pop-up with Balmain is a true exclusive complete with oh-so Parisian park benches amongst a pedestrian garden resembling the famed Tuileries. Open from January 13th until January 30th, customers will be able to admire and purchase the collection and also enjoy weekend activities that include a live DJ set. The pop-up celebrates the ten-year relationship between the luxury retailer and the designer who took the reins of the Parisian house at the young age of 24.
“The collaboration comes at the perfect moment — our clients are looking for something fun and joyful during this uncertain time,” said Lana Todorovich, president and chief merchandising officer of Neiman Marcus
Much of this limited-edition collection plays with new spins on familiar Balmain signatures, including the house’s iconic marinière and its mesmerizing Labyrinth pattern.
The collection, which features RTW, accessories, shoes and jewelry, ranges in price from $295 for a T-shirt to $8,495 for a maxi monogram dress, $1,395 for a boat neck dress, and an oversize denim jacket for $5,350. Discover Opulent Club on Apple News.
