A year ago, Brabus unveiled the Deep Blue Signature Edition of its Shadow 900 in partnership with Finnish high-end boat builder Axopar, which took the 900-hp, 60-knot powerboat and gave it a more elegant aesthetic that allowed it to blend in with the waves around it, that draws inspiration from the serenity and the unmistakable deep blue color of the ocean. Now, the firm brings the Deep Blue design series to its legendary Rocket 900 supercar, which itself is based on the Mercedes-AMG G 63 SUV.
The factory characteristics of the Mercedes-AMG G63 are improved with the carbon fiber BRABUS WIDESTAR widebody kit, showcasing aggressive styling that stands outs over all other G-Wagons. One of its standout features is the 1-Second-Wow factor, which is sure to turn heads wherever the car goes. This is further enhanced by the addition of 24-inch BRABUS Monoblock Z “Platinum Edition” forged wheels. Crafted using state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and finished in an exclusive “Signature Black” color, these wheels not only look amazing but also provide maximum strength and durability. Their unique design and impeccable quality underscore the sophistication and attention to detail that is characteristic of the BRABUS brand. The BRABUS Ride Control aluminum coilover suspension was developed in collaboration with technology partner KW and tuned to its high-performance street tires.
At the heart of the BRABUS 900 Deep Blue lies an upgraded 4.5-liter V8 twin turbo increased displacement engine with newly developed turbochargers that produces its namesake 662 kW / 900 hp. The luxury car has an electronically limited top speed of 280 km/h depending on the specified equipment and tires.
The interior of the vehicle is a true masterpiece of luxury and refinement, features slate grey leather highlighted with blue BRABUS logos, presenting blue glazing on elements such as the controls, air vents, speaker grills, and surrounding trim. The special BRABUS “Seashell Diamond” quilting and perforations have been applied with pinpoint precision throughout the entire cabin, including the seats, trim elements, and foot wells. This intricate design not only adds a touch of elegance and sophistication but also provides enhanced comfort and support. Rocket 900 Deep Blue Edition is available for €499,000 (~$544,579).
