Cygnet Infinity Reimagines the Art of the Zero-Proof Spirit

Welsh luxury spirits house Cygnet, founded by internationally acclaimed classical singer Katherine Jenkins OBE, brings its alcohol free expression, Cygnet Infinity, to the United States. Designed for those who want to step away from alcohol without sacrificing the sophistication and ritual of a beautifully crafted drink, Infinity takes an unconventional approach. Rather than creating an entirely separate zero-proof recipe, Cygnet begins with its award winning Cygnet 22 Gin, re-distilling the spirit to remove the alcohol while retaining its original foundation. The liquid is then rebuilt with an intricate botanical composition of juniper, coriander, Lion’s Mane, Siberian Ginseng, Schisandra Berry, Capsicum and Chrysanthemum, with Lion’s Mane receiving a dedicated two-hour infusion to deepen the finished profile.

Guided by Cygnet’s philosophy of “More, Not Less,” Infinity treats alcohol-free drinking as an opportunity for discovery rather than compromise. Low in calories and layered with botanical character, it is crafted to be enjoyed neat, over ice or in a simple long serve. Cygnet’s signature recommendation is deliberately elegant: two ounces of Infinity over ice, topped with premium soda and finished with grapefruit and rosemary. First launched in the UK in December 2025, Infinity now joins the brand’s U.S. portfolio alongside Cygnet Welsh Dry Gin, Cygnet 22 and Cygnet 77, a gin matured in Welsh whisky barrels.

The collection carries a strong sense of place, produced at the historic Copperworks Distillery in Swansea, close to Jenkins’ Welsh roots. With Infinity, Cygnet brings that heritage into one of the most rapidly evolving corners of modern drinking culture, creating an alcohol-free spirit that stands on its own rather than simply attempting to replicate traditional gin. Its origins may be rooted in Cygnet 22, but its distinctive botanical architecture gives Infinity an identity and a place at the modern bar all its own.
