Roberto Cavalli brings designer touch to Saudi Arabian villas “Mirabilia“

Roberto Cavalli has another interior design project in the pipeline. Dar Al Arkan, the largest listed real estate developer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, announced the launch of the Mirabilia which means “marvels” in Latin upscale residential villas with interiors by Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli, in the “Shams Ar Riyadh” Development. The project will cost 600 million Saudi riyals (approximately 160 million dollars), and is to be completed by 2021.

These premium residential villas overlooking Wadi Hanifa will feature the finest architectural designs and the ultimate expression of fashion interiors by Roberto Cavalli and will include floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The villas are set to range from 300 square meters to 1600 square meters in size, featuring three to seven bedrooms.


Strategically located on King Khalid Road, the iconic “Shams Ar Riyadh” is a premium development and is the first of its kind in the Kingdom, designed as a world-class “city within a city”. The project comprises of residential,commercial, and mixed-use spaces incorporated with the finest facilities.
