Aston Martin Lagonda and Airbus Corporate Helicopters revealed the highly-anticipated ACH130 Aston Martin Edition. The ACH130 is an aircraft. More specifically, it’s a luxury private chopper designed to “delight helicopter owners and pilots” with a range of four interior and exterior designs “generated” by Aston Martin.
The ACH130 Aston Martin Edition comes in four external liveries: Stirling Green, Xenon Grey, Arizona or Ultramarine Black. For the cabin, helicopter shoppers can choose from Oxford Tan, Pure Black, Cormorant and Ivory. Each interior color is paired with Pure Black suede trimmings. The Aston Martin badge is also present for good measure on the exterior and it’s further embossed on the leather upholstery inside. A plaque on the instrument panel shows partnership logos, production number, and the owner’s name if they so chose.
“This first application of our design practices to a helicopter posed a number of interesting challenges but we have enjoyed working through them. Beauty is of vital importance to Aston Martin and to our customers and we think the ACH130 Aston Martin Edition is an inherently beautiful machine,” said Aston Martin Vice President and Chief Creative Officer, Marek Reichman.
The helicopters are available on request only and it’s not clear how many Airbus plans to make with deliveries taking place from Q1 2020. Discover Opulent Club on Apple News.
