Robert De Niro Introduces Nobu Beach Inn to Barbuda

A new Nobu resort is set to open on Barbuda’s southwest coast in early 2026. Conceived by Robert De Niro, Daniel Shamoon, and James Packer, the project embraces an ethos of environmentally conscious development, honoring Barbuda’s longstanding commitment to nature. Nobu Beach Inn will epitomize understated luxury, seamlessly combining world-class hospitality with Barbuda’s breathtaking natural beauty and serene ambiance.

Designed in-house, the resort’s low-density architecture will feature natural materials, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow that harmonizes with the Caribbean landscape. Guests will also enjoy a beachfront spa, open-air gym, yoga facilities, and more.

Crafted for privacy and personalized service, Nobu Beach Inn will feature 36 guestrooms across 17 bungalow cottages, along with exclusive real estate offerings and multiple dining options, including a signature Nobu restaurant.

Pre-sales have begun for 25 beachfront residences, with prices starting at approximately $12 million. Designed as private sanctuaries, these villas comprise customizable bungalows linked by pools, lush gardens, and sandy pathways, offering the ambiance of a personal resort.
