The standout feature of this limited edition is its matte pink frosted carbon case—a groundbreaking innovation by Hublot, crafted exclusively for The Hour Glass. This cutting edge material fuses advanced carbon fiber with bold candy pink composite elements, resulting in a striking marbled effect on a high-performance case. Thanks to a unique layering technique, each watch is one-of-a-kind, all while preserving carbon fiber’s signature strength and featherlight feel.
The open-worked dial features vibrant Candy Pink accents across the hands, indices, logo, date display, and chronograph counters. Surrounding the bezel are six iconic H-shaped titanium screws, while the caseback is engraved with “SPECIAL EDITION” alongside the watch’s unique number. To complement the carbon fiber case, Hublot pairs this model with a bold Candy Pink rubber strap and a sleek all-black alternative. Both are easily swapped using the patented “One Click” system. A black ceramic and titanium buckle, engraved with a pink Hublot logo, completes the playful design.
At the heart of the watch is the HUB4700 self-winding skeleton chronograph, built on the iconic El Primero calibre. Beating at 5 Hz, it delivers precision to one-tenth of a second. Comprising 278 components and offering a 50-hour power reserve, the movement is both technically impressive and visually striking—on display through the open dial and sapphire caseback.
The Spirit of Big Bang Carbon Candy Pink marks the third creation in Hublot’s collaboration with The Hour Glass, following the Carbon White (2023) and Carbon Green (2024) editions.
