Rossinavi’s 45-Metre Expression of Italian Luxury

Following her first Mediterranean season, Rossinavi has released the first interior images of Gemini, offering a closer look at the 45.1-metre yacht’s approach to life at sea. Launched in November 2025, she is the flagship of the shipyard’s Nolimits series. Constructed entirely in aluminium, Gemini features exterior styling by Fulvio De Simoni Yacht Design, interiors by The Touch Studio, and naval architecture by Arrabito Naval Architects. The owner was introduced to Rossinavi through The Italian Yacht Group.

Introduced in 2024, the Nolimits range is designed for owners seeking the reach of an explorer yacht with the comforts and character of a more traditional superyacht. Its five models span 30 to 45 metres, each conceived for extended travel.

“With Gemini, we sought to create a yacht with a distinctive yet timeless identity, combining classical proportions with a few strong design elements,” says Fulvio De Simoni, founder of Fulvio De Simoni Yacht Design.

The interior takes its cues from the owner’s lifestyle. The Touch Studio aimed for an atmosphere that feels relaxed and inviting, using natural materials and a light palette as a starting point. Artworks and varied textures bring in personal touches and moments of colour.

“We believe true design exists in the unspoken dialogue between a space and those who inhabit it,” says Veronica Vergari, co-founder of The Touch Studio. “When approaching a new project, we do not simply design interiors; we imagine the choreography of life at sea.”

Inside the 45-Metre Gemini

On the main deck, a generous saloon brings together a lounge and formal dining area, with room for up to 12 guests. The owner’s suite sits forward and spans 45 square metres. Alongside a private studio, it includes a lounge, vanity area, walk-in wardrobes, and separate bathrooms for him and her. The guest layout gives equal consideration to privacy and time together. Four additional staterooms three doubles and one twin are arranged on the lower deck, while the crew quarters are positioned farther forward, apart from guest accommodation.

The upper deck offers a more casual setting, with a second saloon and bar inside and an aft dining area for up to 10 outdoors. Forward of the wheelhouse, a pool is bordered by sunpads and lounge seating. At 110 square metres, the sundeck provides several distinct places to unwind. A panoramic lounge with low sofas and coffee tables occupies the aft section, while an alfresco dining table for 10 sits beneath the hardtop. At the centre, modular seating and a fully equipped bar create a social hub; double sunpads are set at the bow.

On the lower deck, a gym opens towards the beach club at the stern. A transformer platform lowers to sea level for direct access to the water, and two stairways connect the beach club with the main-deck cockpit. Designed for longer passages, Gemini pairs her aluminium construction with a full-displacement hull and a shallow 2.25-metre draft. Twin Caterpillar C32 engines deliver a top speed of 15 knots, while her range exceeds 4,000 nautical miles at 10 knots.

“Gemini represents the first expression of Rossinavi’s PRO vision for yachts under 500 GT, brought to life through the Nolimits Yachts brand,” says Federico Rossi, the shipyard’s chief operating officer. “It marks an important step in extending Rossinavi’s engineering philosophy to this segment of the market.”
