Rolls-Royce has unveiled a Black Badge edition of its all-electric Spectre, enhancing its prestige and performance with the introduction of a new Infinity Mode. This high-performance vehicle reflects the boldness and ambition of the brand’s most daring clientele. With 659 horsepower (485 kW) and an astonishing 1075 Nm of torque, it stands as the most powerful Rolls-Royce ever built—designed for those who demand presence, prestige, and uncompromising performance.

The Black Badge logo, represented by an infinity symbol, now graces the steering wheel. When pressed, it unlocks the full 659 horsepower with sharper throttle response. Simultaneously, the digital display dials become more vibrant. Rolls-Royce describes Spirited Mode as a launch control function, delivering “a burst of intense, instantaneous acceleration.” With this engaged, all 792 lb-ft of torque is unleashed, propelling the Spectre from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.1 seconds—three-tenths quicker than the standard model. While the top speed remains capped at 155 mph, the driving experience promises to feel even more extraordinary. To complement its impressive performance, Rolls-Royce has refined the chassis dynamics for a driving experience that is both engaging and effortlessly smooth.

The Black Badge Spectre offers expanded customization options beyond the standard model. In addition to exclusive wheels, this high-performance variant debuts a striking Vapor Violet exterior, which can be paired with an Iced Black hood. For further personalization, a distinctive “waft” coachline elegantly accentuates the lower half of the coupe’s commanding presence. The Black Badge Spectre stands apart with a signature dark finish applied to its defining design elements, including the Pantheon Grille surround, Spirit of Ecstasy, and Rolls-Royce’s iconic Double-R badge. This bold, noir-inspired aesthetic extends to the door handles, side window surrounds, and bumper accents, ensuring an unmistakably dramatic presence—day or night.

Entering the Black Badge Spectre feels like stepping into a futuristic sanctuary, where bold illumination meets cutting-edge materials. The dashboard, known in Rolls-Royce terminology as the Illuminated Fascia, features a sleek, glossy black finish. Adorned with 5,500 twinkling stars, it also showcases a glowing infinity symbol—a motif that extends throughout the cabin, including an intricate leather-stitched detail between the rear seats. The Black Badge Spectre’s interior is adorned with Technical Fibre, an intricate blend of carbon and fine metal weave that adds depth and texture. Each piece is meticulously hand-finished with six layers of lacquer, resulting in a high-gloss, polished effect that enhances its striking three-dimensional appearance.

The Black Badge Spectre commands a starting price of $490,000, but as with any Rolls-Royce, customization knows no bounds. The allure of Vapor Violet alone might justify the cost—if you can overlook the 44,000 other available color options.
