Mercedes-Benz Expands Its Miami Real Estate Project

Mercedes-Benz, in collaboration with JDS Development Group and GV Development, has officially launched sales for the second tower at Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami, marking a major milestone in the luxury real estate market. Designed in collaboration with SHoP Architects and Woods Bagot, the new development embodies the brand’s commitment to sleek design, cutting-edge technology, and an elevated living experience.

Inside, residents enjoy over 130,000 square feet of premium amenities, including a 52-foot rooftop pool, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and a 174-key hotel. Smart living features, such as EV charging stations, valet services, and digital property solutions, enhance the overall experience.

A standout feature of the development is the Silver Arrow Lounge, an exclusive rooftop sanctuary reserved for residents. Inspired by the iconic Mercedes-Benz Silver Arrows racing cars, this private retreat boasts a 16-meter swimming pool, a spacious sun deck, and a sleek design that harmoniously combines innovation with timeless elegance. Beyond the residences, the renowned landscape architects at Field Operations are reimagining the surrounding Southside Park. Their visionary redesign features lush walking trails, a tree-canopied park, and cutting-edge recreational spaces, including multi-use playgrounds, padel and basketball courts, and seamless access to the adjacent Underline Park system.

“With construction of Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami well underway, we are laying the foundation for one of the most ambitious and innovative residential projects in Florida. Together with our partner JDS Development Group, we will showcase outstanding architecture, which is undeniably Mercedes-Benz and deliver a community experience that is second to none.” said, Eva Wiese, Head of Mercedes-Benz Customer Solutions GmbH

Set for completion in 2027, Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami is part of the Mercedes-Benz licensing business and is being developed by JDS Development Group. The project features innovative mobility and digital solutions, created in collaboration with ReWyre, a leading commercial property technology platform.
