The adventure of a lifetime is available to anyone who has $143,000 to spare. The 24-day trip of a lifetime will take flight again in fall 2019, offering guests a chance to explore nine destinations while enjoying the attention to detail and thoughtful service synonymous with Four Seasons.
Guests who plan to go on this adventures in 2019 have a total of nine destinations to enjoy. 2019’s adventures will kick off on Oct. 23 and end on Nov. 15. The journey will begin in Seattle before taking travelers on an unforgettable journey that covers Kyoto, Bali, Seychelles, Rwanda, Marrakech, Bogota, the Galapagos Islands and Miami.
When cruising at 40,000 feet, guests are accompanied by a team of Four Seasons professionals, including the Director of Guest Experience, On-Board Concierge, and Executive Chef. There are many highlights that travelers can look forward to when experiencing the Four Seasons World of Adventures tour next year. Travelers will be introduced to their Four Seasons team upon arriving in Seattle to enjoy a decadent welcome dinner. There will also be time to enjoy a tour of Pike Place Market and see the city and its surroundings via a seaplane. Travelers will then move on to Kyoto to enjoy meditation sessions with a Zen master or partake in private sword lessons. An arrival in Bali brings with it opportunities to go whitewater rafting, visit waterfalls or tour water temples.
The next phase of the World of Adventures journey brings travellers to Seychelles. A quick flight to the island of Praslin allows guests to explore the UNESCO-listed Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve, a well-preserved ecosystem where one can stroll under enormous coco de mer palm trees found nowhere else on Earth. In Rwanda, Four Seasons has partnered with local boutique accommodations to deliver a truly unique and authentic experience in the heart of the Virunga Mountains, a haven for rare and endangered mountain gorillas.
Arrival in Marrakech means visiting colorful Moroccan markets, taking a mule ride through the Atlas Mountains and visiting the famed Majorelle Garden. In Bogota, travellers can explore Museo Botero, showcasing the work of artists Fernando Botero, Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dalí. For a colourful photo op, a local artist will lead guests through a neighbourhood that has been completely transformed by vibrant outdoor murals.
The next stop is the Galapagos Islands. Travelers will be treated to a three-night cruise that opens up a world of natural wonders and enjoy snorkeling sessions in waters that are teeming with some of the most vibrant marine life populations in the world. Guests are sure to encounter sea turtles, iguanas and penguins during their time there. The journey will finish in Miami, where guests will take in spectacular views of the city’s skyline and Biscayne Bay.
